I do not try distributions these days (in fact I never did). I do not even explore the latest features of my distro, Fedora. I've run out of time, so I do not have time to configure the software, it should just work. That's why I prefer Epiphany to Mozilla, or hate Gaim. You've got to configure Mozilla (a lot) and Gaim (a little) to make them usable...

Switching between distros takes a lot of time to get used to the new environment. Eventually we may end up with one ideal distro for everybody (kidding), but until then, I believe Fedora is the best for me. Feel free to ask for my rationale if that may change your mind.

But there's another reason that all these Persian distros do not itch my curiousity: Persian support does not come from the air, nor the packagers introduce them. They come from developers identifying, solving, and implementing them, and by far I'm the only Iranian doing that in the Gnome desktop these days. Everybody else, including Roozbeh, are busy translating, packaging, and changing default settings of what we have today, I'm thinking about what we want to have tomorrow. That's why I'm working on better and faster OpenType support, better use of Unicode Character Database, etc. None of them Persian specific, yet they make for a better Persian-user experience.
